  1. Log onto www.teamsterups401kplan.com
  2. Click “I'm Interested in Joining”
  3. Click “Enroll in the 401 (k) Plan today!”
  4. This brings you to another page, the Prudential.com homepage
  5. If you are not registered click on “First time logging in?” then the Blue Registration Box
  6. Enter User Identification; fill out:
    • Social Security Number
    • Date of Birth (mm/dd/yyyy)
    • Zip Code
    • Unique Code
  7. Then click the “NEXT” button and follow the instructions
